It’s Been Almost One Year…

Here at BleuBully Bedding we have made it known that we love and care deeply for all animals.  As one way to show this, 3% of our gross sales are set aside to a dedicated Donation Fund and once that fund reaches $10,000, BleuBully Bedding makes a donation to a thoroughly vetted animal rescue group.  We derived the figure of $10,000 because, although any amount of a donation is welcomed by animal rescue groups, we believe that $10,000 is an amount of money that can make a noticeable difference.

So, as we come up to the First Anniversary of our very first $10,000 donation, which we gifted to Loving All Animals, we thought we’d revisit the rescue to see how our donation has helped the animals in need at that facility.

Our first benefactor, Loving All Animals, is a local 501(c)3 non-profit charity

dog and cat rescue.  The rescue does the most amazing work all throughout the Coachella Valley in Southern California.  Not only do they rescue homeless animals and rehabilitate them for eventual adoption but they also provide a multitude of services for animal welfare throughout the community.  

A Rescue With A Mission…

As stated on the Loving All Animals website -
The mission of Loving All Animals is “to bring together local, regional, and national animal welfare organizations to maximize the programs intended to stop the killing of animals”.

Their website goes on to explain that “Loving All Animals provides animal sheltering, adoption, training, support and humane education programs to our community”.

And their motto is…From a Home in a Shelter to the Shelter of Your Home...

After reading that and witnessing the amazing work the non-profit does…it’s no wonder BleuBully Bedding chose Loving All Animals as its first $10,000 donation recipient!

Putting Good Money To Good Use…

At the time BleuBully Bedding made the donation to Loving All Animals in July 2025, we had no idea how our donation would ultimately be utilized.  We had witnessed first-hand the work that the non-profit was doing in the community and we knew our donation would be going to a rescue organization with an impeccable reputation.  

Shortly after receiving BleuBully Bedding’s donation, Loving All Animals President and Executive Director, Michael Phipps-Russell, wanted to ensure that our founder, Stephanie Griffith, knew how the majority of BleuBully’s donation was going to be utilized so he personally took her and her mom on an expedition to the eastern end of the Coachella Valley. 

Eastern Coachella Valley is a sparsely populated rural community.  Its population consists mainly of impoverished immigrants where residents have great difficulty meeting the needs of daily life.  Giving required pet care, even feeding their animals, can be and is, at times, a daily struggle for much of the community. 

Because of this, Loving All Animals initiated a Bi-Monthly “Feeding Program” for the residents and their animals where the rescue’s volunteers bring free bags of premium dog and cat food to several food stations located in the Eastern Coachella Valley twice monthly.  Bags of nutritious food are distributed to residents in an effort to sustain their ability to care for and feed their pets.  

During these bi-monthly events, Loving All Animals, is also given the opportunity to provide treatment for sick and homeless animals on the street and rehome them, to provide information for no-cost, low-cost spay & neuter programs, to provide information for no-cost, low-cost veterinary/vaccination clinics, to provide minor first-aid, to provide microchip services, to let the community know there are support services available to them and to just give generalized support in both Spanish and English languages.

A Good, Good Cause…

Here at BleuBully Bedding, we are absolutely thrilled that our donation to Loving All Animals has been utilized for such a good cause!  Seeing the amount of pet owners and their pets that have benefitted from the Loving All Animals Food Program is both rewarding and inspiring on so many levels.  

And…we couldn’t have done it without you, our loyal customers.  Without your support of our small business, none of this would have been possible!

We know there is no such place as a perfect world but at least we can all try to make this world a better place one gesture at a time…
