Please review our refund policy on what qualifies as a return. We have experienced customers purposefully damage our sheets for refunds or replacements. Because of several factors and the fact we are a small business on a budget, some return reasons have return label costs and restock fees while others have free return labels and no restock fees.

Orders are fulfilled same business day typically within a few hours of the order being placed. All of our orders ship from our warehouse in southern California.

Shipping speeds are dependent on what you choose during checkout. Our warehouse is in South El Monte CA so the closer your delivery address is to southern California the quicker you will receive your package. Customers in California typically receive their order next day whereas we have seen it take up to 6 days for orders on the east coast.

We are working on expanding our shipping network. Right now it is possible to purchase in Canada but until we have a better system in place it is quite costly.

We offer free domestic shipping and same day fulfillment. We also offer faster shipping options at checkout.

We design and sample in the United States. We purchase our threads from Austria. We manufacture, sew and package in China.

We source our fabric fibers from Austria. We source our trims (i.e. zippers) from certified Oeko-Tex Standard 100 suppliers. We make our fabric from scratch starting from harvesting beech tree fibers and ending with a finished sheet set. The fabric process occurs in China.

BleuBully was inspired by our founder’s beloved French Bulldog, Gigi. Like most Frenchies, Gigi is a professional sleeper who can snooze for 18+ hours a day. Our founder loves her dog and all animals so much that she always knew if she started a company, she wanted her Frenchie to be part of the logo.

When BleuBully was created, it all came together: “Bleu” for our signature blue and “Bully” for the little bulldog who inspired it all. And since Gigi’s favorite activity has always been sleeping, a bedding company felt especially fitting.

BleuBully uses 100% modal because it is one of the softest, highest quality materials available. We complete the sheets with a very expensive finishing process too. Modal is also considered eco-friendly as the yarns come from regenerated Beechwood tree forests.

Our jersey knit sheets are like your favorite soft tee shirt but softer. Jersey knit is created by knitting the Modal threads into loops. We recommend jersey knit in average to cooler climates.

Sateen is a type of weave known for its silky-smooth feel and subtle sheen. Unlike crisp, matte weaves, sateen creates a softer, more luxurious surface that beautifully drapes.

Our sateen is woven from 100% TENCEL™ Modal and designed to remain breathable, allowing air to flow through the fabric for a cool, comfortable sleep. We recommend sateen for year-round use, especially in average to warm climates.

BleuBully does not use any animal by-product in any step of its manufacturing making all the products 100% vegan and cruelty-free.
